EMBrouded is the official Enshrouded community server hosted by EMB. Running on the release version of Enshrouded for PC on Steam, EMBrouded offers a dedicated environment for players looking to explore, craft, and build together. Enshrouded is a survival crafting and building game set in an expansive world, and our server provides a central place for members of EMB to group up, construct bases, and take on challenges.

The server is configured with 16 player slots, keeping the world focused and responsive for small group expeditions and shared base building. Whether you are stepping into the game for the first time or returning to continue your crafting projects with EMB, EMBrouded provides a reliable world to explore. How to join

Joining EMBrouded is straightforward through the PC Steam release of Enshrouded. Because server permissions in Enshrouded are managed directly through roles, players connect using a role password. These passwords designate specific permissions on the server:

• Building permissions: Server roles control who is allowed to construct, place, and modify structures throughout the world.
• Container access: Roles determine who may open chests, helping protect shared or personal resources among groups.
• Administration: Specific administrative roles carry permissions to kick and ban players to keep the environment secure.

Before connecting, ensure your game client on Steam is up to date on the release build. Obtain your assigned role password through EMB community channels, enter it when prompted in the server browser, and jump directly into the world.

What to expect

EMBrouded runs on the official Default difficulty preset, preserving the baseline survival, combat, and progression experience designed by the developers. You will encounter standard enemy health, resource gathering rates, and survival mechanics as you explore and build alongside fellow EMB community members.

Communication and collaboration across the server are supported through built-in game systems:

• In-game text chat: Fully enabled for sharing coordinates, coordinating builds, and chatting across the server.
• In-game proximity voice chat: Turned on by default, allowing you to speak directly with nearby adventurers as you work together on construction projects or travel across the landscape.
• 16-player capacity: A cooperative cap that allows everyone on the server to collaborate closely without overcrowded zones.

Whether you want to construct detailed settlements, organize survival runs, or test out crafting paths, EMBrouded gives EMB members a structured, cooperative playground with standard settings and clear permission roles.
